All those who wish to get into Accenture must have minimum 13 months of work experience PERTICULARLY for IT or software related feild which comes under SOLUTION workforce
BUT on the same time those who are willing to work for SERVICE workforce and belong to BPO,Healthcare,IT,Banking,Software,HR etc..... can apply as freshers but they would be elligible for work according to the experience level .
For example a if a FRESHER joins BPO industry which falls under Service workforce can join in Customer Support Voice
but on the same time that person can not get into DMS Data Analyst .

Q If I submit a résumé/CV for a specific position, how long will it be before I find out if I’m being considered?

Please realize that due to the high volume of résumés that Accenture receives, it is not possible to contact every person who submits a résumé/CV.
Q-Should I submit my résumé/CV for every position for which I would like to be considered?
A-Yes. Every position is filled separately, and so you should submit a résumé/CV for every position for which you would like to be considered.
Q-Do I need to send in a hard copy of my résumé/CV?
A-No, submitting your résumé/CV through the Search Jobs & Submit Résumé section of this site is sufficient. Some locations require hard copies of academic transcripts
What is the typical interview process?
The interview process will vary in each location. You should visit the careers pages for the location you are applying to, in order to find out about the specific interview process there. Your campus careers service, or the recruiter who contacts you to set up an interview, will also be able to give you more specific details about the process.
A recruiter may contact you to discuss your résumé/CV. This may result in a first interview, which is often with a recruiter, who will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at Accenture. If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have interviews with Accenture executives, which involve a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences.
